Ajax quiz-like script to be included in a wordpress site

We need a very simple script made in php + ajax/jquery that: - gathers 5/6 data from user input (form); - elaborate it to calculate expenses to a table using this graph plugin ([login to view URL]) and return the correct answers; - output the expenses togheter with one out of seven list of to-do stuff (we'd like the to-do to be in a coda-slider like box). We hope it's a one maximum two days job.
