Hi I can do that for you, but you have to be more specific of what are the deliverables under request. I will design both schematic & pcb and send you complete files (pdf, Gerber & NC Drill for production, BOM) or I will have to also send to you a completed and populated with parts pcb, for your tests? My offer stands for the delivery of design files only. But If you wish I can also produce a production quality pcb (no handmade) for making all of your prototype testing. For doing this we will have to add the labor & parts cost for it, should be more or less ~150USD (depending on the cost of the parts ) for this ONE-OFF production of 1 pcb , and it will also require an additional 15 days to be shipped from me to you. I'm Benoît, a recently graduated electronics engineer. I have experience developing very compact products, so fitting the project in the space requirements won't be a problem. I suggest developing this project over a one week period, using the following schedule: - 2 to 3 days to do the schematic of the board and start implementing the microcontroller code (the logic parts). - 3 to 4 days to do the routing of the PCB and finish implementing the microcontroller code (hardware related configuration). If needed, I can do mechanical drawings for an enclosure during that step. - 1 day to finalize the last details, prepare files for manufacture, and catch up with delay if any was encountered. You will get detailed reports as to how the project is going every day, and a summary of all the work done at the end of every step. Concerning extra services, I can, as you can see in the schedule, design an enclosure for the project if needed. We can, if you want to, continue our collaboration to the prototyping phase afterwards, with a new budget for sourcing the components and the PCB, but we can discuss this later on.
