Hi, we have some simple queries need to be covered from Oracle into PostgreSQL. These queries in Oracle are written to query against multiple databases via Oracle DB link. When we convert them to PostgreSQL, all DB links need to be maintained, perhaps using the PostgreSQL dblink_connect feature. The database schema in the PostgreSQL database is 100% the same as the Oracle database.

Here are some basic items that comes to my mind: * is there any stored procedure coding involved or do you need only queries written in plsql to be converted to postgreSql standard ? *is it possible that you share the schema? (to test and verify the new queries before the delivery) *is there any locale related oracle setting you have been using that we should know about. (if your current locale setting is US and character setting is utf-8 you can ignore this item)
