Develop a Mac Application

Hello I am an OS X and Windows system developer. For what it's worth, I am also a hobbyist musician (keyboards and guitar, mostly using Logic Pro and MainStage). I have created Audio Units for for Mac. You mention you require a universal plugin. Does it have to be cross platform? (VST?). However in the required skills list you mention it is a Mac OS-only project. One of the recent projects I completed was a MidiFX Audio Unit for Main Stage that basically processed MIDI messages generated by the application and rearranged MIDI events. I built an Audio Unit kernel and designed its user interface. I also have experience working with the RemoteIO audio unit API - directly sending audio stream for playback for eliminating delays caused by the higher level apis, like AVFoundation. I have a background in signal processing, and generally this topic is interesting for me. I also have good knowledge of C++. I would be happy to help you with the project. Could you give some more details what exactly the plugin should do? I understand this is some kind of audio synthesizer or effect VST? Do you already have any specification for it?
