I need to develop an application to work as a reception automated PC on a Public Access MAC installed with the latest OS 10.10.

The app needs to require a click to start and then call or contact users using 3rd party software (skype, Hangouts etc..)

I needs to start running recording using built in Web camera. The application needs to run on top of the OS, disabling any access to the host OS unless Admin credentials are given (I need admin interface to control key features).
