devexpress scheduler fix appointments to move between resources

I am using Devexpress scheduler in WinForms with VB.net and I have a large program that I have been working on for quite awhile. I have run into a new bug when transitioning my software to a web api for data transfer which is preventing appointments from being moved between resources. I do not have the time or patience to read the documentation for this procedure so I am hiring out a tiny project. I am looking a developer with experience with Devexpress Scheduler WHO CURRENTLY HAS IT INSTALLED. This project needs to be completed ASAP and honestly it probably just a setting set wrong or a line of code that is misplaced (I dont know for sure though) I have a limited budget for this project however successful completion will most definitely result in future jobs.
