Need .NET program for lossless PDF compression. Compressed PDF has to be between 43%-67% of the original, without loosing quality. Give the chance to put % of compression as parameter. Each PDF contains one page. As an example, I attach 12 PDF, 06 original files and its compressed file, so you can see what quality of compression is needed to be acomplished. Also, I attach 06 PDF to be compressed. If your program does what is required, send compressed PDF to check if required has been accomplished. Need all program code. Communication only through Freelancer. No skype.
