NO PHP OR MVC .

Need Small tool where User can upload/Edit file.

File/Folder can be shared with an individual user with View Only or Edit Permission.

File should be displayed in the proper icon as per their file type.

No Unauthorised user should be able to access the file. Email and SMS notification with shared user.

we will provide you photoshop design for pages and database design with the business logic file.

Source code needs to be uploaded on our server for test.

we already hve login/register form and function ready. so for test just create dummy user to login and test. no need to register function etc.
