Convert MS Access database to web forms

I have a small access database which I use to record results for my cricket team. I want to convert this to an all web based solution.
There are 7 tables and one data entry form.
There are several reports, which currently I print as PDFs and upload to our website.
Data is contained in a MS SQL Server (SQL Server 2008 Express)
What I want is to do away with the Access database completely, have all data entry via the web, and to have the reports generated directly from the data via a web page. The solution should work on any browser on any OS. I want to stick with MS technology, so I can understand and tweak later if need be. I believe that ASP.NET is the most appropriate technology, but will listen to suggestions.
