C# SlimDX project

Okay, to the point, no fancy details: Basically, I need a SlimDX active desktop software, like BumpTop used to be. Not many requirements here. Basic functionality should be very easy for the experienced C# / DirectX developer - SlimDX is very similar to MDX and native DirectX in C#. I would do it myself, but I'm lacking a bit of time now. If you're successful, I'm looking towards a long-term, high income relationship (~300 a month for almost no work after the initial development). My budget as of this moment is only $30, but will skyrocket in the near future. The project needs to be produced using VS2008 with SlimDX Feb release or higher. The multi-touch technology displayed in the later versions of BumpTop is not required - this use mouse-only interaction. If you need anymore details, send me a PM through the PMB.
