Click-to-call SIP outlook Client

We need to develop a SIP Outlook add-in that will support both the Click-to-call and Call Pop-up functionality. This client will only offer basic call handling functionality and no voice. Click-to-call: After SIP registering, Clicking on contacts from outlook allows user to get called on a specific number and once picked up, call out to the number defined against that Outlook contact. Push-to-talk Call Pop-up: Being registered, SIP calls will be presented to the client. It will match number against Outlook contacts and associate name if possible and display information above windows tool bar.
