Dependent Lists Using JQuery and C# .NET

Create a web page or control using Visual Studio .NET 2010 C#, ASP.NET Web Service, JQuery, and JQuery Templates to produce dependent and dynamic list displays. For example, when an image item within the first list is selected a second list will be displayed using the selected value from the first list to retrieve related values from a SQL Server database - via .NET web service called from jquery. When an item is selected from the second list the associated value will be used to display the related values also from a database and populate a third list. Items within the first, second, and third lists will consist of images and be formatted as HTML inline lists, i.e. UL LI. Any item selected from the third list will be used to display a grid list of product items. Once an item is selected from this list it will result in a page redirect where the selected value will be used as part of the query string. The control or page should also include anchors to produce vertical smooth page scrolling when each list is dynamically created. It is also my vision that some kind of indicator can be shown to indicate which item was last selected for each list.
