Cloaking Software For Google Display Network

This Is A Shot In The Dark... I've been licensing some cloaking software for Google Display Network. Its worked well for me, but for other business reasons I'm looking to switch to another software provider. This would probably not be a new project from scratch, but I'm not against the idea. I'm looking for someone who already has a strong grasp on this software design and what it entails, or has such software already available. Please contact me with any further questions or comments.
