The Contractor will provide the Client with the software development, testing and modifications required such that the mobile application “Datescape” is launched on the Apple Store and performs according to the following conditions included in the attachments below.
Any iPhone user is able download the application “Datescape” from Apple Store. The application "Datescape" needs to comply to the functionality discussed in the attachment and any user downloading the application from the Apple Store should have access to the functionality.
Also the Contractor should sign the contract in the attachments which acts as a legal bond ensuring that the milestones are respected and, in exchange for the payment for the milestones, they are fulfilled successfully.
The 800 US Dollars payment will cover the payment of the first 2 milestones discussed in the contract and in the attachment below.
