Create an mobile App from a PC C# Application

Hello,

I have a small PC app and I need it to be converted to work on Android phone app.

The actual C# Program is used to control a motor to turn left, right and stop. The same use should have the mobile App.

The C# Program is very small, it is made of two classes with no more then 50 row each.

I need it done as soon as possible (I'll even add some extra cash if it works in the end.)

I'm new to this site, so please bid or ask for more info if you are interested (I you want to see the C# Program just ask.)
