Simple mobile website for creating membership cards. When customer is directed to register we need to collect data from their Facebook account, need name, location, date of birth and their profile photograph. If they give permission to use their Facebook account they are registered and the above collected and stored in database. If they don't have facebook then we ask for the same details on next page, they should take a photo using their phone camera. Then they are registered. We then want to create a membership card for them showing name, location, photo and date of birth. This is then available online on their specific URL. If they do not give details or permission they don't get the membership card.
