Seeking a preeminent and skillful mobile and website developer that can create a Classified Advertisement mobile application and website similar to Redfin, Zillow and Craigslist. The app and website must be creative, visually attractive, and most importantly unique. Do not plagiarize or use any template. The designer must possess a strong grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography. A mock-up will be provided to all prospective programmer. The developer will deliver a mobile IOS development, mobile Android development and a website. The App/website must encompass listed functionalities: 1. Multi city, state, country and continent searches. 2. Searches will be conducted by Map browser (utilizing GPS locator), typing in address or drawing a custom region on the map. 3. Searches can be filtered by defined parameters. 4. The developer will develop a mail relay system for each post created. 5. Capability of sharing listings via Facebook, Twitter, other Mobile Applications and Email. 6. The developer will be required to upload the app to the server, itunes and play store. 7. The developer will allow sufficient time for testing. 8. The developer will develop an administrative page. 9. The developer will develop the graphics design. 10. Greetings, I have read Project Description & understood the overall scope of work but I am not sure how this project can be developed in US $750, which is a very unrealistic budget, as you want: - Website - iOS App - Android App - Back-end/Webservices This is definitely a big project, at least 3 months development with 3 different teams, i.e. Web developers, iOS developers, Android developers, Designers and QA persons with one dedicated team lead or Project Manager.
