Android developer required for small app. Programmer must be experienced with Bluetooth connectivity

I need a simple android app that autopairs with this receiver and thats it. Its a one button that says "Find my keys"and when its pressed its sends out a bluetooth signal searching for my particular device. once its finds the keyfinder it automatically pairs with it and thats it. There are other similar inventions... that have android based apps : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] but my app would be much simpler then these. the technology is very similar but my app is way more simple these devices create an auto leash and do much more communicating with the device as far as gps etc my device is way more simple than that.
