Airport Manager -- 2

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. You are the manager of the airport. You control what is going on. You should be able to upgrade staff, metal detectors, waiting rooms, fuel cars. Basically everything you can think is in airport and out side it. And you should be able to add more flights by money you earn. There should be some in app purchases for money and their should be currency bucks and with it you can skip upgrades etc. Thank you!
