Create a Close All iOS App

I need an app similar to the following... [login to view URL] This app should do 1 thing. Close All Apps in the Multitask Menu. The app should launch, have 1 button. Click the button, all Apps close out of the multitask menu. If possible to have the list of apps show as well and by 1 click closes the ones selected after hitting the close button. PLEASE READ - I AM FULLY AWARE THIS IS NOT AN APPLE APPROVED APP. I WANT THIS APP FOR ME. IT HAS BEEN DONE OBVIOUSLY BY LOOKING AT THE SEARCH. I WANT THIS APP CODED FOR MYSELF.
