I need a custom made app (Quickly and Clean) I need someone who is ver experienced in coding for both IOS and Android Platforms. We are looking to create a feature rich, nice looking mobile app. This app will have an audio portion where the user matches audio sounds from an vocal sound to see if the pre recorded sound matches their sound. Requirements Someone who can not only program but can also do UI design as well. (We have detailed graphics already laid out. You will be matching these from supplied files. Someone who has at least 300 hours freelance detailed on this site or Odesk. 5 Star Rating or equvalent Someone who takes pride in their work and makes very polished looking apps.
