3) Admin need a CRM to update the news and information in these section. It can be either web application or apps. If web application will be prefer PHP or ASP.net
4) Admin need a interface to reply the question in FAQ/chatbox. Like whatsapp that can chat with anyone that installed this apps.
5) Admin can push any notification to the user of the apps such as newsletter, image, link, video, text message and file.
6) Shared hosting is provide for database and code storage. Database must be MYSQL.
