Create a Web Mobile App

We are looking for a RoR developer to create the following mobile web app. A loyalty app that lets businesses reward their customers through a virtual card where they can earn points. As easy as that. The objective is to build a beta version that serves to validate the business idea. How does it work? A user signs-up and finds out which Merchants are part of the loyalty program. The User heads out to the Merchant venue to shop. After the payment is done, the Merchant asks if he is part of the loyalty program. The User shows his QR, the Merchant scans the code with a mobile device an enters the amount of points. The amount or percentage is define by the Merchant, we suggest to be it 10% of the total. There will be no POS integration. In case the User wants to redeemed points, the Merchant will scan the code the same way and deduct points from the User. For Users that do not have a Smartphone, Merchants will have carton cards to give out with pre-define user IDs. These cards will allow to add and redeemed points. Whenever the User wants to see their points or browse for Merchants, he will need to complete his sign-up using the pre-defined User Id written on the card. What does it need to do? Merchants * Sign-up/in * Give points to a User * Reddeemed points from a User. * The points given to a User by a Merchant can only be redeemed with the same Merchant. * Search for users via email.
