Our team is overwhelmed with work and we are looking for an external resource to help optimize our clients simple static HTML/CSS website for smartphones (iPhone & Android) and the iPad too. This is a pretty straightforward and easy optimization, using CSS and detection to set the proper viewport size. The user should be able to view the "desktop" version if they want to.
