A simple widget developer.

I am looking for a developer for a simple analog clock android widget. -all materials must be unique ( we dont want any problem about any law.) -usable android version must be 2.0 and higher. -nobody can read,write,open and change any type of files. -clock size on device will be 4x4,2x2,1x1. -clocks have to show the user local time sensitively.(maybe need time zone settings or get information from device) -preferred doesnt need internet connection for time regulation. -there will be 2 different analock clock design and user can choose one of them from settings. -i have all clock images so you won't design anything. -but developer have to explain how i can set the images in app. -application have to resize itself as device resulotion. -all images format will be .png or jpg .
