Design TWO Simple Android Applications - With IN APP Subcriptions

Hello Freelancers, I require two applications to be written, both VERY simple: App #1: A Simple app that when opened will show the user's front camera (A "Mirror" app). Upon opening the app will show the users front camera, along with a button on the lower right hand corner for "options". Options include 10 or so "filters", adjust brightness and so on. All options should be able to be changed while viewing the picture from the front camera 2) App #2 - A very simple App that opens to a website of my choosing (make the URL change able in the source APK). Within the app I require an option for the user to select a subscription, there should be a few options: $45 / Month $25 / Month $4.99 / One Time $.99/ One Time Please make your FIRST bid accurate and for both apps.
