Data, Make Graphic and export to excell

HI Guys, I need an app in android to record data (like weight, or pressure) in function of day. The user should give the value the weight and app take the current day and save. After this the app should make a graph (weight(axys Y) x date(DD/MM/yyyy)(axys X)) This data should be easily to export to excell. First Layout - take information of user the user and save (Two buttons (SAVE, Graphic)) Second Layout - when you press GRAPHIC - show graph weight x data. the data should recorded in SDCARD and easy to export excell.
