Custom Simple App for Android / iPhone

I am looking for a app.. users would either signup via the app or our website. It is a membership based service. Basically its for property management. I offer a service where I managed properties for customers. I would take pictures of their property and through the use of the app the client would see the pictures - and services I rendered on their properties. So I would log the services and upload the pictures to the website so that the app would show it to the client.. Example - I goto the clients property. Take 6 pictures - and mow the grass. I then would upload the pictures to the website and log what I did and the date and time the services were rendered. The client app would show every time based on the date. The app should also allow the client to request a service too and would then notify me that the client offered it.
