Create Cross Platform App - Cloud, Web & Mobile

This project is to create a Reminder Application called BillDueDate, the goal of this application is to remind users about the upcoming due dates of their bills. This will be a web based application with versions for the leading mobile platforms Android, IOS and Windows. I have provided as much information as possible in the attached Project Specification and also in the Product description. Please kindly read this before bidding. In summary this project consists of web and mobile app design, creating a cloud database, optionally creating some business logic as a services layer that will be consumed by the web and mobile clients.
