Create an Android and iPhone App

I need a mobile app created first for Android, then for iPhone.
The App has already been completely designed in Photoshop, you just take the images, and recreate them.
The app is very simple, it is a calendar app consisting of 6 views:
0 -Login View - User logs in with Facebook
1 - Home View - View all current events
2 - Create Screen - Add details about the Event, Select friends to send event to
3 - Event Screen - View Event details
4 - Profile Screen - Show users info
5 -Settings Screen - Settings

The app will require users to login with their facebook account.
Once the user logs in, the app will copy over the users friends list, and copy it into my database.
Afterwards, the user can create events and invite friends to those events
Pretty much like a calendar. There are more details, but that is the a rough idea of how the app will work.
I will provide Complete Layout and images, that you will use to create the app and make it look like.
I want someone that will be around to provide support, updates and bug fixes, when they are needed. If I need something fixed on Saturday, I should be able to get in touch with you and have you fix it.
The Code needs to be clean and commented. I will routinely inspect the code.
In addition to comment code. I will need a Technical Document that explains what each section of the code does and is responsible for.
