Complete existing Android app -- 2

I have an Android app shell that only has the main screen and camera functional. I would like to complete this app by adding the ability to read a receipt picture and display all items on the receipt. And the items can be split up between a number of people and finally it will show what everyone owes after dividing all items up. I need someone with the following skills or experience:

1. Take screenshots and PSD files to create rest of app

2. OCR to read a receipt picture and get all the line items from that picture with price (will provide examples)

3. Wi-Fi P2P so after picture is taken, anyone with the same app can retrieve the picture

4. Wi-Fi P2P all users can add people from their contact list and select their items and all instances of the app are updated

5. Wi-Fi P2P someone presses "Split It", all instances of app sees what everyone owes

6. Place ads at the bottom of the app

I will pay with several milestones. 5% upfront, 10% for 1st milestone, 15% 2nd milestone, 20% 3rd milestone, 25% 4th milestone, 25% complete. Each milestone will need to have a delivered package. Please only developers that have done OCR and Wi-Fi P2P should bid and please provide examples.
