Bill of lading for car haulers

Need a BOL (Bill of Lading).
The application will be used to scan vin numbers from barcodes on the side of the door panel on vehicles, the data will be used to explode into a BOL, we need the following information from the VIN: Year, Make and Model. ..
A signle bill of lading should be able to accomodate 10 vehicles in one invoice or BOL.
Include Pick up location, drop location.
Include owner and billing party. (brokers or third party)
Customers will be able to Digitally sign on the screen and print their name.
Driver will be able to record time and date of loading and delivery.
The information once complete should be able to be emailed.
The completed information shoud be converted into .pdf.
