Basic App utilizing location to find places in a database housed online

Project Requirement:
Develop Android Shell Application that does the following. Minimum capability of 4.0 but would prefer if could be compatible with 2.2
1: Finds the location of nearby address based on wi-fi/gps/cell tower triangulation.
2. Locations will be based off database table located online
3. Integration of google adds.
4. Once location is established, will need to be able to send to google maps to route via gps.
5. No users or logging in
Sample database with 5 addresses can be provided for testing.
Connection to database must be customization in the code.
Example app is. [url removed, login to view] and android app.
Unlike the [url removed, login to view] application, there will be no need to show pictures
This project is for the android app only.

Deliverable:
In process: Basic reports on progress as well as maybe screenshare for demo of functionality and visual appearance.
Final: I will own the rights to the application code. All code will be delivered at completion of the project. W
