App for M:TG - iPhone and more

I recently acquired my iPhone 6+.  I did a search for decent apps at an inexpensive price to utilize, but all of them were either lacking features or were too pricey.  I am wanting an iPhone version of MTG familiar (android based app) that I can input an affiliate code with [login to view URL] (to earn money and card pricing) and to put onto the App Store for a nominal amount (like $.25 or $.50).  The main features I need the app to have are the life counter for multiple people, the trade and the wish list sections, and it would be nice to have a couple extra trade lists as options in case I am trading with multiple people at once, so that the trade doesn't have to be cleared out each time, and there needs to be the abilities that the prior-mentioned app has in the trade area to signify either foil or non-foil pricing, the ability to adjust the price that shows up, and the set selection.  It would be absolutely amazing to have the ability to have notes on these trades also; in case the card is not English (certain languages are more valuable within this game, but price adjustment already handles correct calculations.  The notes section simply for reminding why there was a price adjustment or etcetera.  Within the life counter area I would like further expansion to include the ability for a match (in magic, there are tournaments that run the best 2 of 3 games) and having the life history for the entire match would be nice.  The app that gets developed should have the ability to force updates for when new Magic the gathering expansions are released in case it doesn't update that automatically.  I would like the app to support android and windows platforms also, and it should scale with the screen size (looks same whether on a phone or tablet.  The App does not need to support desktops or laptops.  If there are any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask them.
