Android slideshow application

Application is made for promoting 3rd party apps. User will be swiping through different pages, reading about particular application. Switching between pages should have some smooth transition. Pages must have some sort of indication with highlighting current page (e.g. little dots at the bottom). Each page holds short description, customized background and button to: -----start (using apk name) or -----download (using url or Google Play link) corresponding application. Page resources must be reasonably easily to manage in IDE (e.g. add new page, remove old one, reorder pages). Slideshow should start each time system boots up. When started, firstly it should display a dialog with text asking if user wants to start it, Yes/No buttons and "do not ask anymore" check-box. (enabling/disabling of this dialog should be configurable). Slideshow icon must not be seeing in default Android menu. Slideshow will be integrated as system application (with system rights). It must correctly work not only on smartphone but on tablet form-factor as well. (at least it should be configurable). Slideshow must automatically adopt to different resolutions (at least it should be configurable). The main target is to get apk with relatively small footprint, for us will not be a problem to rebuild apk for each resolution with optimized resources.
