Android app template

We are looking for a team/person that could implement our design with minimum functionality as we will do most of the program code implementation, we provide all of the graphics and expect the programmer/team to be able to stick to the design ! this is very important for us as we will not approve projects that deviate from our design ! A complete brief for the 1st and 2nd stages of our product is explained in the attached PDF file, please be sure to supply a schedule for all the stages, we want you to explain us how you are going to implement this, how long it will take you to complete each stage and when you will show us results, we want to be constantly updated regarding the progress so we would like you to be able to send us working betas during the time you work so we will be able to give you rejects if we dont like something.
