Android to Ipad data transfer

I need two apps that will work together. First is an android app that collects numerical data via bluetooth from a third device and sends it to an Ipad via wifi or text. Second is the Ipad app that receives this "message" from the android device, formats the data and inserts it into the active cursor position. I am trying to allow users with an Ipad and an Android phone to utilize the bluetooth connection to the third device to collect data to be used in Ipad apps.
