Android Color Wheel Falldown Type Casual Game

We would like to develop a simple casual game for Android similar to Falldown called Color Wheel. The user must keep a color wheel from reaching the top of the screen by navigating it through a series of holes to keep it moving downwards. The difficulty accelerates over time and there are various bonus items to collect. We will provide art assets (PSDs, PNGs), game rules and algorithms, and sound files and we expect to receive fully functional well commented code. We will provide ideal candidates with a detailed project requirements document.
Specific expertise that we are seeking:
- 2D / casual game development experience
- Android game engine experience, preferably libgdx
Timeframe for delivery
