I am writing a Bluetooth App which shall connect to my device via Bluetooth Low Energy. On my device there are various sensors such as the standard Light, Accelerometer and an ADC sensor. This app shall read values from the sensors at a rate of X where x is an adjustable read rate. The reason behind that is that I do not need so many values for Light and ADC, in fact I only need changes in those sensors. However, the ADC sensor is the most important. This sensor sends a data burst on 4 separate channels. Each channel has its own UUID. At the moment, the read rate needs to be adjustable up to 250/second if that is even possible. The app shall also have an output of measurement values in a 24bit byte. This is not standard an so must be created. Right now I am generating an output in the following format: 7f:ff:ff:7f:ff:ff:7f:ff:ff:7f:ff:ff:7f:ff:ff:7f:ff:ff Using this array we shall design a 24bit output or measurement instead. You task shall be to product a valid Bluetooth code which shall receive or get sensor readings at a rate of X and then send that "characteristic" value to the UI for processing. 1st criteria to bid will be that you must start your bid with the word "Alligator" Then at least I know that you have read this description. Next, I will chat with you to determine your background in BLE programming and your capability. Then we shall discuss how this will even be possible since I have the sensor here and you are there. I have a Class already programmed which the UUIDs which already connects to my chip. However, I do not like this class and am not confident that it is not broken, as this is my first BLE App. This class uses the standard Android connect to BLE code and receives notifications upon change. For the ADC sensor, that is too slow. I will discuss more with the winning bidder so that you can get a better feel for the work. I will not need the entire app to be completed. This means that I do not need you to do the graphics or database or anything else. I need help creating a better BLE connection and read class.
