Cold calling/ due diligence

We are seeking native or fluent Cantonese-speakers to conduct desk research, assist with a screening exercise and conduct calls with market players based in Hong Kong. This would include: -Compiling a list of ~50 players in the very luxury remodeling and heritage market. Players would include specialised trades (e.g. stonemasons, woodcarvers, painters, steelworkers, etc) -To compile this list, the individual would need to complete 20 cold calls. This can be to customers (e.g. art galleries, heritage trust, High Net Worth individuals), others (e.g. experts, associations, etc) and the targets / trades themselves) -Some desktop research also required - gather some info on each of these players e.g. indicative size, employees, turnover, etc -Help identify the key drivers of the market via desk research (e.g. statistics, government funding, association funding sources, etc) Aside from the language component we are seeking individuals who are comforatable/willing to make cold calls and have a natural ability to speak with people.
