Do you want to have MS Access as back-end or MS SQL Server. If its multi-user, specially over 10-15 users, I will recommend going for MS SQL Server Express as back-end.
Hello, thank you for your detailed specification and spreadsheet, with over 12 years experience developing MS Access applications, I could provide you with a front/back end multi-user system which is both user-friendly and functional. Please see my portfolio for details of MS Access applications I have developed.

Hi Neil,
I saw your project and would like to offer my services. I have experience in designing systems that track projects, quotes and tenders and bringing them all together in a meaningful view. I also have experience in MI reporting on similar topics. I am also based in the UK so you will not have any language or time zone barriers that might crop up with other bidders.
I would like to discuss this project with you as I feel that Access is not a suitable platform for this project and my opinion is that by selecting a platform that will scale better you will get a better product and also room to grow in the future.
If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks
Kevin Ross
