I have built a database to handle billing. The Actual bill is one report, with 5 sub reports. The main bill has a summary sheet at the beginning and then lists the details of the 5 sub reports. I'm having problems getting the subreport total for Ins-A to pull through accurately. On the subreport it shows the correct total, but when it goes to the main report, the total is incorrect. It seems like the main form populates the field before it actually finishes calculating the total on the subreport. If you go to the main menu, and then click on INvoice Processing and then on Process INvoices, select Lakeshore and April. Then the DB runs through some calculations and should show the bill (it is a bit slow). You'll be able to see the correct total on the subreport rptBillingInvoicingPreviewInsA, but when it pulls onto rptBillingInvoicingPreviewMain, it doesn't show the correct amount in the summary at the top.
