Add new logic to Expert Advisor

I have a current Expert Advisor, I also have a programmer. I write please see PDF as I want my programmer to do the work. I do not want bids from other freelancers I want Ash. So please do not decline my application to post a project when I write please see PDF. Its supposed to be vague so freelancers do not bid on the project and the freelancer I want already knows what he needs to do so that is why my description was poor. Is that nice and clear for you freelancer.com. I appreciate where you are coming from and you were probably only trying to help but if you look at my history I have used vague descriptions before. There is method to my madness. Thanks.
