Adding hedge filters to my MT4 EA

i would like to add a hedge counter trade to my mt4 ea
my ea has a fix take profit value also with a normal take profit value and a fix stop loss value also with normal stop loss value. i would like to change the fix take profit value as the trigger value to place a counter trade ( hedge ) rather then a fix take profit.
eg:
fix tp = 3 ( the ea at the moment will close trade at 3 pips ) - i dont want this to happen i want
fix tp = 3 ( trade hits 3pips but place a counter trade - hedge ) fix tp will be called something else
the main tp and sl must be disabled once the hedge is triggered
Both trade will be trading for X amount of minutes - which is user imputed and closed together or by number of pips reached.
if after 4 tries to hedge and if hedge does not go through then move sl to breakeven
also the only other thing is if when the hedge is being close, what will happen if one leg cannot be closed because of broker intereference, is there any protection to build in?
