I have briefly reviewed the data and acknowledge your observation. A plot of price against volume suggests transformation of data as we see a logarithmic curve. Then a price model can be developed using a simple linear regression.

I will import the data into R and make a predictive model for predicting the costs that you want. If the aim is to predict only for these heights and widths, it is fairly straightforward. However, if you want to predict for any random value of height and width, that's where the power of the predictive model will come in. Let me know if you'd like me to take this on.
