Hello. Your project caught my interest as I have a lot of machine learning experience primarily code in Matlab. I would recommend linking some open-source software called Weka with Matlab, which has worked very well for me in the past. Weka contains hundreds of machine learning algorithms and can be called (with a bit of work) from the standard Matlab coding interface. Please let me know if you can provide more details on your data, for example if it is time-series data or not because that can mean a huge difference to the solaution Adam
