Looking for an opt-in email blast with YOUR LIST to US and Canadian small businesses. These need to be small mom-and-pop type businesses. Mostly service oriented businesses if possible (no industrial, etc). Home based businesses are ok as well. The more categories the better. Depending on the size of the list and the amount of categories, I may require more than one blast. Ideally I would like 500k to 1million names sent. This email blast must be done on your servers, or someone you use. I will require a list of the emails you are sending to, and ideally some way to track it.
