Looking for someone to take existing Sales document, rework into a newer sleek design, have it pull information from from an database or (XML? Access?) document for Customer Name, Field Name, Year, A field for Special comments paragraph that could be left blank if needed, Contact Names/telephone/email for multiple people in a 3x? table that shows all contact reps. Looking for something that will pull from the database and export the document as a PDF that we can send to a printer. (Currently a lot of our Customer information Packages are going out with improper information because it is buried in text.)

Hi, I suggest solution like this: - Proper data are exported to a file in predefined location and name. Preferred format: .xls, .csv, .txt, xml. - there is a template created in InDesign to determine any formats. - there is a script (jsx file) to run from ID menu, script Panel al keyboars shortcut. - script would fill documents with real data, recalculate some source data to create a new one, finally formats and adjust ID layout, save doc, export dox, print doc. From user side it looks like: - click to export data from database - click to run a script in InDesign To create this like above I would need: - an example of a source file - 3-4 days - accept my bid rgds Jarek
