I'll be sending materials through the mail to many celebrities and politicians. So far the list is 170 long, and it may grow. Personal home addresses are preferred, but realistically agents will have to suffice most often. The deliverable should be in the form of a csv or Excel file and should include fields for name, care of (agent, etc.) , street, city, state, zip and source of information. I will randomly confirm addresses and withhold 25% of the payment for two weeks to confirm the list quality. Please bid based on price per address provided. This will accommodate addresses that can't be found and additional names added to the list.
