Access Database

I would like to have a database built which will track production. This should be a simple design for anyone with basic Access knowledge. I have a template/layout design of the information I would like to track and a couple of the reports I would like to pull out of the database. Main input categories will be: [login to view URL] scheduled (date format entered by user MM/DD/YY) [login to view URL] (I would like this to be a drop down box which lists approx 40 flavors, with the ability to add more in the future) [login to view URL] (4 different product sizes, I would also like this to be a drop down) 4. Cases scheduled (manual number input by user) 5. Cases produced (manual number input by user) 6. Cases received (manual number input by user) 7. Date produced (date format entered by user MM/DD/YY) 8. A "Completed" checkbox for each listing that will only factor in items produced with all informtion for purposes of report calculation numbers. I would like to generate the following reports: Efficiency reports: 1. Cases produced / Cases scheduled = Schedule attainment 2. Cases received / cases produced = Production efficiency I have a logo I would like placed on the main page. I also a small outline sketched up but am open to whatever the designer suggests.
